ABOUT THE ACADEMY
The WSKA is an inclusive organisation that practices traditional Shotokan Karate in the Wokingham area. Affiliated with Karate Toushi, the Wokingham Club is run by Sensei Gary Leyshon, who is DBS checked and Safeguarding qualified.

We are a registered club with the BCKA (British Combat Karate Association).

We believe that karate is for everyone, regardless of age or ability.

ACADEMY
Are you a Karate newbie or have you trained in Shotokan before? Even if it has been a while, come back and let us assess you. Often there is no need to start again, simply work out a training plan with the Sensei and be re-graded when you are ready. This may also be possible for other similar styles of karate-do.
